Stay dates 20 to 22nd March , Room no 704 It was a very poor experience. The room was too small, no closet or designated place to keep bags and clothes, The bed was not comfortable with the springs of the bed, cause back and neck pain. there was no tap in the bathroom only the shower. and waterlogging issue in bathroom. location is also far from city as tourist. rest staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was good.

yes. i had first stay at the seasonal bangkok huamark, bangkok bit it was a pleasant journey. the room was clean, staff was cooperative. thanks to all staff of hotel. 👍

Hotel had ac issue and charging points not available.

The place has a very vibrant energy and is lovely to hang Around with groups.

Room OK as promised, location good near to pier, Frontdesk staff is highly untrained unable to read or speak english which is communicable language, we have given them copy of booking invoiced they should have no problems, BUT, I think they have language problem, but still reluctant to welcome travellers with smile, reason management should find out), anyway thanks for management and staff for our stay.

This is the First time I am trying make my trip, I am totally disappointed. I book for two adult and two child, when I reached hotel they demanded 1000 rs extra for kids. I paid the amount there is no other option. Hotel staff is so arrogant and not at all friendly.

Old hotel but as price is okay near shopping mall its advantage, near boat station if you want go Pratunam or Sukhumvit. Room quite old but still okay as nice bed but many Lizard in room be careful anytime can drop on your bed. Aircon is quite cool and TV. Some room really remembers 1990 world.

There is no water gun in the toilet. There should be a safety deposit box inside the room rather than in the hotel lobby. There is no dressing table in the room. Only one mirror in the room that too in the toilet. So if anyone had to get ready, they should be in the bathroom.

Very far away from city area. Same breakfast all 3 days. Location not ideal for those who want to explore Goa. Rooms and facilities decent. Not many options for food. No nearby restaurants. Spa experience was good. Beach is clean and well maintained.

The hotel facilities were supreme. The staff was fantastic barring one particular staff member who delivered my dinner on the last night of my stay. Everyone else was smiling and extremely courteous. I will be their frequent guest for sure.

Location is good for the travellers who knows Bangkok area and knows how to catch bus and link the trains. Shopping mall are big and shopping in the local market was also awesome. Do not think of swimming pool because the swimming pool is just a pool. Staff so good and always welcome.
