Great hotel. I read the reviews before and was afraid to book but it’s the best place to stay and also justified with breakfast and nearby to iconsiam

The rooms were impeccably clean, a testament to the hotel's hygiene standards. The staff was exceptionally polite, adding to the overall positive experience. The property's location was convenient, with nearby attractions enhancing the stay.

Hotel tower in grand sathon was located in the middle of the city. It has got very good connectivity however the breakfast was not good we paid for the breakfast but it was not perfect they will just give you some tea for rice choice only so that could be improved. Also for the early checking the amount they are being charging are very high for example i have booked the royal tower in saffron for around 1, 100 baht but they are charging around 500 baht which is very high. We reached 2 hours before our checkin and since our kid was very stable we had to take one room and after taking the room the charger 500 bath in the bill. The room was clean and got a good size the view is also good however it doesn't have any amenities. However it is a good budget hotel.

Well, hotel staff hardly understood english. Veg breakfast had omellete and someday even basic thing like bread is missing. No handwash, toothpaste, brush, or even soap in the bathroom - just had hairwash and body-wash tiny bottles. Biggest turn off, they don't have kitchen in the hotel, so nothing to order. Every-time go out to even drink tea or coffee. Even though this is rated 3 star hotel, the facilities were nothing more than a hostel. Gonna avoid this in future for sure. Also, at the time of booking nothing was mentioned about security deposit. They wanted 1000 baht as security deposit to check in. Even though building, room, and bed was decent quality, but virtually no food for veg folks was such a bug hassle.

Its an average property ..location is bit far for good eateries

Good experience, they dont have any taxi or trip service available. So you need to book your own taxis. Plus the reception is also closed
