We loved the hotel and the employees there, very kind and helpful. Even the location was convinient as it had all options like 7 eleven (just there), laundry (need to walk), restaurants (need to walk a bit). Place is also accessible via grab and BTS is always there but ya you need to take a cab or some convience. About the hotel the receptionist, housekeeping is so active and even when I had the Ac issue they just fixed it in priority. Ah I love the hotel and looking forward to be there in April or May'24

We loved the The Journey Hotel Bangna and the employees there, very kind and helpful. Even the location was convinient as it had all options like 7 eleven (just there), laundry (need to walk), restaurants (need to walk a bit). Place is also accessible via grab and BTS is always there but ya you need to take a cab or some convience. About the The Journey Hotel Bangna the receptionist, housekeeping is so active and even when I had the Ac issue they just fixed it in priority.
