Nana Hotel

Hotel was good ! Nice location! Staff behaviour was also good ! Morning Breakfast they dnt have too much variety but ya it's okk..!!

We are scheduled to check in at 3 PM on November 5th for a 2-night stay, with 2 rooms for 4 guests. During hotel check in, I would like to report that the two ladies at the reception behaved very rudely and unprofessionally This is not acceptable hospitality and I request management to look into this immediately.

The location of this hotel is the best. Staff are supportive. Guest Friendly. Good food nearby. Inhouse massage facility.

Hell lot of cockroaches everywhere in the room...... bathroom, bed, fridge and walls. I had to ask them to spray multiple times a day to make them disappear.... but it was useless. Looks like the hotel management is okay if the guests fall sick due to these ridiculous cockroaches.

The room service of Nana hotel is good. Complementary drink is also provided.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very good experience. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean, which made the stay comfortable. The location is great, very close to Nana Plaza, so I could easily enjoy the nightlife and nearby attractions. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and spoke good English, which made communication smooth and welcoming. Even though my stay was short, everything went really well, and I enjoyed it a lot. Overall, a nice place to stay with good service and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel is good but I am really upset with make my trip service. No resolution provided on issue raised. Would be careful to book a room through MMT when taking the room along with child. As even after paying for 2 adult and 1 child with right age inputs I was at hotel said that room was booked only for 2. MMT said that if the hotel is saying so I have to pay additional amount. Really dissatisfied with MMT

Location is nearby restaurants & shopping market... hotel rooms are big and clean... housekeeping staffs & hotel staffs are approachable.

Very good rooms with good facilities spa is not good but the view of room is very good we see perfect view of nana plaza from window

Nice place to stay, just opposite to nana plaza. Happening place with specious room and good ambiance.

The location was great and located in sukhumvit. I was offered a room which was quite big and in fact looked like a suite. A huge amount of foreign tourists are staying at this hotel.

Hotel was good ! Staff was very good and very supportive! the best thing is in this hotel is check out time is 2 pm .. and one disadvantage pillow was very hard
