Room is okay and cheap but location is not

Location is not well connected, we could hardly find any cab. There is no room service. Room is small, no amenities except water bottle and wifi.
There was lot of noise in the room because of some constructions going on in nearby building. Also TV remote battery were missing so we were not able to watch anything in the room. We were staying at 6th floor. The lift start at 1st floor and goes till 4th. So we had to drag our luggage for three floors.
