Nice stay, spacious rooms, delicious food and breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. Located near shopping complexes.

Staff is not good, not good behavior, Miss breakfast, not time value, bad behavior.

Day recitation behaviors are sad he's behaving like Indian people are not good so I request u all my Indian don't stay anyone in Silom City Hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for 6 time. Very good hotel. Awesome experience. Will always stay in this hotel.

Hotel, rooms and toilets are very clean. Rooms are spacious and have everything available which works very well. Beds are comfortable and the staff is very cooperative. You get variety in the breakfast in the morning. Though for vegetarians, choices are generally very limited. This is definitely value for money. Will stay again on my next trip.

Th hotel is in a small lane. But you walk just less than 100 meters you reach silom road, a very busy road. We are from Chennai and hotel saravana Bhavan is less than 10 min walk. The stay was very nice and good. WiFi could be a little more faster. Else everything was great.
The bed was queen sized. Could have been a little bigger.

It was awesome experience with silom city hotel. Starting from check-in, receptionist, security, cleaning staff, food, everything. For vegetarians, breakfast doesnot have much options. Rest all is awesome.

The hotel is located in the heart of the commercial SILOM market. Hence, it's location is good for Business travellers. Also, it has lots of I Indian restaurants nearby which serve good food at reasonable prices.

Rooms look good and the price is reasonable. Best food facility and the staff are helpful. Nearer to BTS station and is closer to the river. Walkable distance. You have street food all over the road sides. Shopping malls and night market nearby.

The negative part of the hotel is that they do not allocate rooms before 2 pm. So if you are arriving early be prepared to wait. The restaurant serves basic average food. The location is in a lane on Silom road, which is okay, but, with so many options in the vicinity, it is better to find a option which is on the main road, rather in the lane.

Off the Silom main road I liked the quietness of the area. The hospitality was amazing, was always greeted with a smile, salutations, some advice and a helping hand with anything we were carrying on entering or exiting the premises, in spite of their information about renovation, we did not notice any such thing. The only negative point is that, not to book day tours from the hotel front desk as their tour agent was very arrogant and destroyed our trip to safari world by being very late for pick-up, and then blaming us for coming down late, whereas we were waiting for them at reception.

Silom city hotel is a good budget hotel. Some of the staff are friendly especially the Bell boys are always smiling. The food is average we only had breakfast. Good place to stay with not much expectations. We checked out at 2 am in the night and as we were going to skip breakfast we requested for two bottles of water for our travel to the airport. The same was denied by the front of the house associate.
