The location is the biggest plus as it is close to the popular tourist spots but away from the crowds of the tourist areas. Rooms are neat, service is prompt and it is easy to access transportation from the Swana Bangkok Hotel. The rooms tend to be a bit dark, but the amenities are great.

One of the best stays for me as the Swana Bangkok Hotel is conveniently located, has good staff members and is always clean. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the pricing is also very reasonable.
