Riva Surya Bangkok

You can find good Riva Surya Bangkoks and then great Riva Surya Bangkoks and then superb ones but what makes all the difference is the staff and the staff at Riva Surya is the best of the best of the best. They are so considerate, accommodating, friendly that you will never get a reason to complain about anything. They'll go out of their way to help you in any way possible. You can really see them putting all possible efforts for any of your requests. Always smiling and humble. Right from the front gate guard to lobby attendant and the front desk staff and everyone else. Special mention for Kevin, Man, and Pui. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this beautiful river side Riva Surya Bangkok for 3 nights during my trip to Bangkok. Location of the Riva Surya Bangkok is very good at walking distance from National Museum, Emerald Buddha, Grand Palace, Reclining Buddha. Room was spacious and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Direct river view from Riva Surya Bangkok restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall very good stay.

Quiet space on the banks of the river yet close to all the historic sites. Public pier for boat taxi was 100 meters away breakfast was fresh and delicious and wholesome. Service with a smile, the staff went out of their way to ensure comfort and safety.

Amazing location. The view was a killer. The staff are incredibly gracious and hospitable. The neighbourhood was so good!! A perfect introduction to Bangkok and we fell in love with Chao Phraya! They had really good breakfast spread too. During our breakfast they kept refilling our coffee, like I said the staff were super courteous.

I had a great time staying in Riva Surya. The river view was just awesome. Staffs were polite and friendly, Lyda made our stay a pleasant one. Food was perfect. Spa and swimming in the Riva Surya Bangkok is a must suggested. I Recommend.
