Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok

Very old type hotel.. staff was not supporting.. all stuffs look like very old .. very confusing..not recommend anyone to stay even at free..

Stay is so comfortable and good. The hotel is really looking like palace, well maintained and clean.

where do I start... this was one ofbthe most value for money, best location, excellent service, clean and calm place to stay. The morning breakfast offers you variety of food options.the property is huge with multiple restaurants and facilities available. supermarket below and for sure with out a doubt I will stay in this hotel whenever I visit bangkok again.

The hotel itself is great. However the room that was provided to us was not in its best condition. The furniture was quite old, the AC in one of the two bedrooms were not working and the washroom did not have a functional bidet.

Rooms are old . There was a damp smell in the room . Basic aminities like tooth paste and brush not provided . The air conditioning was not up to the mark . Breakfast was great and the spread was awesome .

The property location is a bit far from the places that I wanted to visit , but over all it is good and the service is great . I had a great time.

Old Hotel. Doors and windows are not well fitted. Sounds can be heard from outside. Other things are average.

Property was well managed and good service. Location of property is good from attractions but little inside main happening areas. 7/11 in the building. Transport is easily available at hotel. Shopping market outside hotel. Swimming pool is small compared to giant hotel. Restaurants and food is good. It’s a big hotel and safe too. They charged me extra 500BHT for early check in which is little bit more but it was required. Over all good hotel to all locations in Bangkok.

It was very convenient for exploring the city while still being tucked away from the extreme hustle of the tourist zones. staff at Prince Palace Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made everything smooth. My room was very clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the city skyline. The bed was super comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent – everything was well-maintained daily

I recently had a disappointing experience with the MakeMyTrip app while traveling with my family. I had booked a room at the AirAsia Hotel in Thailand in advance through the app. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find that our reservation had been cancelled by the hotel management without any prior notice to us. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress for me and my family, especially after a long journey. We had to wait for quite some time before we could get any help. I tried reaching out to MakeMyTrip support, and although they eventually responded and managed to book us another hotel, the whole process took too long and left a very negative impression. I appreciate that the team did try to fix the situation, but I strongly urge MakeMyTrip to improve the booking confirmation system, real-time communication with hotels, and customer support responsiveness, especially during emergencies like this. This experience has made me cautious about using the app for international bookings in the future. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and works on improving the reliability and transparency of transactions.

Nice hotel a bit old though but nice centrally located breasfast has options but yes if you are an indian you might not like the options.

Everything was good , but switch board was not available near bed. Room service was good . Staff behaviour was good

The property was damaged no proper guest service and not the facilities of room is good i felt so disappointed that the hotel was 4 star but the impression was not worth of money. Even I complained to the make my trip but they didnot care and delayed the process.

Rooms are not maintained at its best. Location is also such that everywhere one needs to take Cab to go anywhere. Food in breakfast also all 6 days almost same stuff inn menu. It was like I am in hospital eating same diet food. Should make some changes.

I recently stayed at Prince Palace Hotel in Bangkok and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent which made shopping super convenient, and getting around the city was fairly easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view, although the decor felt a bit dated. The pool area was definitely a highlight perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the breakfast spread was quite good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Prince Palace again on our next visit to Bangkok.
