I recently had a disappointing experience with the MakeMyTrip app while traveling with my family. I had booked a room at the AirAsia Hotel in Thailand in advance through the app. However, when we arrived at the Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok, we were shocked to find that our reservation had been cancelled by the Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok management without any prior notice to us. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress for me and my family, especially after a long journey. We had to wait for quite some time before we could get any help. I tried reaching out to MakeMyTrip support, and although they eventually responded and managed to book us another Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok, the whole process took too long and left a very negative impression. I appreciate that the team did try to fix the situation, but I strongly urge MakeMyTrip to improve the booking confirmation system, real-time communication with Prince Palace Hotel Bangkoks, and customer support responsiveness, especially during emergencies like this. This experience has made me cautious about using the app for international bookings in the future. I hope the company takes feedback seriously and works on improving the reliability and transparency of transactions.

Wonderful Stay at Prince Palace Hotel, Bangkok 🌟 I recently had the pleasure of staying at Prince Palace Hotel in Bangkok, and I must say it was a truly memorable and positive experience from start to finish. ✨ Prime Location: The Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok is ideally situated in the Bo Bae Tower area, right in the heart of Bangkok. It offers easy access to local shopping areas, markets, street food, and tuk-tuk transport. It was very convenient for exploring the city while still being tucked away from the extreme hustle of the tourist zones. staff at Prince Palace Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made everything smooth. My room was very clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the city skyline. The bed was super comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent – everything was well-maintained daily

I had a fantastic experience at Prince Palace Hotel From the moment I arrived with my spouse. The name itself describes about the Hotel and it’s a Palace. the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, Wi-Fi, and well-stocked beverages. The Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok amenities were top-notch — the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options, and the gym and swimming pool were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect to any famous destinations. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. I would gladly return and recommend The Prince Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Prince Palace Hotel in Bangkok and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent which made shopping super convenient, and getting around the city was fairly easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view, although the decor felt a bit dated. The pool area was definitely a highlight perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the breakfast spread was quite good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Prince Palace again on our next visit to Bangkok.

Property was well managed and good service. Location of property is good from attractions but little inside main happening areas. 7/11 in the building. Transport is easily available at Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok. Shopping market outside Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok. Swimming pool is small compared to giant Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok. Restaurants and food is good. It’s a big Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok and safe too. They charged me extra 500BHT for early check in which is little bit more but it was required. Over all good Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok to all locations in Bangkok.

check in was seamless.we reached very late at night and check in was done smoothly and no deposit charged.though bit outdated ,rooms were neat and clean and all essential facilities were provided.breakfast was awesome,with all varieties of food,swimming pool area at night was a proper vibe with music and drinks.wifi was good and we felt safe and secure at the Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok and checkout process was also done quickly without any delay.overall a great stay at affordable rates

Hotel Rooms and Lobby including Restaurant are too specious and have good views around the building. Not Happy with the swimming pool attender, except that guy's, all other things are superb. Swimming Pool attender has been trying to not enter the pool. He wanted to wear proper swimming suits in public amenities which is not possible everyone does not carry swimming suits on vacations and that has ego issues, he was not able to listen to anything, very rude behaviour.

Excellent Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok, very spacious rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Location might be a minus point but the rest make up for it. I will recommend

Everything was good , but switch board was not available near bed. Room service was good . Staff behaviour was good

Extremely accommodating and welcoming staff here, rooms were clean pool area is lively with live music and a bar along the pool on 11th floor. Breakfast has good options but Indian veg options are limited but tasteful. More over this Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok is in center and just 2 min walking distance to take a ferry to nearest malls. Central and platinum mall are just 10 mins by ferry

Nice Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok a bit old though but nice centrally located breasfast has options but yes if you are an indian you might not like the options.
