The hotel was in a worse condition the moment we entered. Firstly, we tried to contact the number to talk to customer care for at least 5-6 times but no one ever answered. The window door was hanging and we were scared that it was going to fall anytime. The washroom was another mess, glass doors were broken and we couldn't even dare to use the shower area, but somehow managed it as there was no way to contact anyone. There were no dustbins in the washroom to throw the trash which was a big inconvenience. There were no floor mats in the room to dry our legs due to which the entire room became wet and we finally had to use one of our towels as a mat. Overall, it was the worst experience at this stay. I would never recommend this ever.

I have really mixed reviews about this property. While making the booking, the information of the property with its pictures were different from the actual building and the rooms too. The room was said to be located in located in central zurich with the facility of lift. But actually, it was slightly away for a distance by foot and there was no lift facility the property. We had to carry our heavy luggage through stairs only. Another important information that the property doesn’t share in time is the access code that is required for a self checkin. Also the check in time is strictly 2 pm. While we mentioned that we were with a baby and if we could be allowed half an hour earlier to settle the baby, we got no help. In fact, we received no mail with the access code and had to follow up on the phone number mentioned on the property as the phone number doesn’t work. After all the hustle when we finally reached our room, it was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious enough with all the basic utensils in the kitchen for us to do our cooking. You would need to buy your dish washing soap to clean the utensils. The basic bathroom linens were in order with bathing soap/shampoo, but would recommend to carry your own. The room doesn’t have any ac/fan and as we visited in august we faced slight heat issues as opening windows would also invite a lot of noise of the transportation on the road. All in all said, the property is fine as per it’s price considering how expensive zurich is. Can go, can also find something better with a slightly higher price.
