ibis Zurich Messe-Airport

I have visited Zurich along with my family as part of our Switzerland trip. The Ibis hotel is an excellent place to stay with all modern amenities. The hotel is little away from the main city but walkable distance from the tram station (Fern studio). From the main Zurich railway station it takes around 20 mins. As such Switzerland has a great network of public transport.

Location ia perfectly fine, cleanness is lovely and everywhere, roads are good, only food wasnt that nice

Location and food are fine but room size is very compact. It should have a little bigger but the stay and reception staff are really good

Location is ok but there are no services or amenities. 1. They don’t have room service. 2. No electric kettle in room. 3. No one to help with luggage. 4. No glasses in room. 5. Breakfast menu exactly same everyday. 6. No proper cleaning of rooms

The properties location was good since it was walking distance from the tram station. The food was just average. Just a basic very small room was provided with no amenities. The staff was quite uncooperative regarding giving out any help or advice. Was not very happy with my stay.

I had booked hotel in zurich and paid before the deadline, once i reached, hotel denied my checkin stating book not confirmed. I contacted make my trip twice but useless, they just made me to wait for 5-6 hours in reception and by end of the day they dint responded. Even after day they couldn’t manage the booking.

This doesn’t have the basic needs like kettle, coffee machine and the room is also so small…

The staff is really helpful but the place is very difficult to find even while using google maps we were going here & there for at-least half an hour. Rooms are super small as is expected from any ibis hotel. Nearest tram is at-least 10 mins walk.

Location is close to bus station, the services were average.

Breakfast is chargeable and if you are from Asia you will find it difficult because its typical bread and fruits breakfast. Tram station is around 700-800 m.

It was nice stay with good connectivity with bus and tram near by station. Worth staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel and outdoor view very nice and good staff.

Airport shuttle available break fast available even 4:30 am.

Room was like train coach. No space. Even no basic things were present in room. No help for luggage. Totally overrated.

Need to include hot water cattle Rest everything was perfect. Best service was shuttle from hotel to airport in EURO 4.

Main advantage being close to Airport with pick up and drop facility. Breakfast needs to be improved. Rooms are very clean. Great wifi service.

It's good in location and also all thing are near by.

Hotel is good but poor service
