The hotel was quite comfy and the connectivity to trams and buses is much better compared to others I've stayed in. I have been promised a bathtub in the room but there was none. I have done quite a few bookings from MMT and as far as I am aware the Tourist Tax is included in the total price you pay. This hotel specifically charged me Tourist Tax separately. Overall the Hotel and it's location is good but be ready to shed out more than what is already paid upon arrival and be ready to let go off few amenities.

Decent rooms and services. liked the way the staff explains everything in detail. when we checked out early morning they gave us some packed breakfast. had informed them in advance so they could make arrangements worthy place and recommended..

Friendly staff, seamless check in, the receptionist were very kind and helpful. Rooms were very well maintained, good connectivity.

Property is very will located, near to tram station and stores. Staff is cooperative and ready to help

They don’t have a proper account of city tax deposits, I did it on my day of check in was asked to do again on check out due to their mistake, I had to take out my card statement to prove it and wasted my time. 2. ⁠This property isn’t worth its price and reception staff doesn’t bother to your requests. 3. ⁠Intercom doesn’t work. 4. ⁠No response from house keeping Overall not a good experience with this property and won’t recommend it to anyone else

They charge high on room bookings but they are unable to provide basics like water, they charge even for drinking water. Increase the tariff by few bucks but provide drinking water to the fulfilment of your guests, if you consider them to be your guest.

I just wanted to change date of travel they were unable to provide me little support, at the end i lost all my money on this booking. I didn’t trun up at the hotel only

Crown plaza in zurich is value for money in a city like zurich where cost of leaving is quite high and everything is expensive. The hotel offers comfortable stay and is located in the heart of the city

Good room with all the amenities you expect at any good hotel. The fitness centre was amazing with pool, spa, jacuzzi, gym and sauna. Only downside can be that the neighbourhood is not the best you can find in zurich, switzerland.

Stayed only one night, but felt like a week and really enjoyed the stay like i am at home. Staffs friendly and all necessary need we will get close to the hotel itsel

I was using the hotel for business trip, so stayed overnight only. Stay was comfortable. Rooms were standard size with all basic amenities - kettle in room with tea and coffee options, iron n iron board on request, tv, ac. Some rooms have bath tub, while some don't.

2 km away from zurich hb station. 10 minutes by tram number 3 to hotel or back. Good option and value for money. V good breakfast. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Much bigger/spacious than most at city centre or old town. If you are planing to stay away from city centre, this is good value for money option. In house bar, reasturant, pool, gym etc are a bonus.
