Hotel is good, nearby technopark tram. From checkin to checkout everything was good. Staff was friendly. Only no indian or vegetarian option in breakfast.

Excellent rooms with food. Very kid friendly as there are exciting board and TV games for kids also. Location is perfect.

The property is in the heart of zurich, 200 meters from techopark tram station (route no 4, about 700 meters from hardbruke railway station. Lots of different types of food options in breakfast. The only reason where i felt that there could be scope of improvement was related to the size of the rooms. It was a congested room with the additional sofa cum bed, that they kept open. There was hardly any space to keep our luggage. Room facility was very basic with only a kettle. Overall a very good experience with novotel zurich west.

The room is cozy and the staffs are excellent. It’s not far away from city centre. It was everything within 2-3 kms

Hotel does not have fresh air and the air conditioning is centrally controlled and we can’t control temp from the room beyond few degrees. People who have issue with air circulation necessities must avoid this hotel as you will feel giddy with low oxygen levels. Added to this the smell of the toilets reach the corridors and you won’t be able to stand for a second. When complained staff told us that one of the guest opened his room door along with rest room door. Novotels elsewhere are far superior to this one. No

Could. Not travel due to medical emergency to my father and critical hospitalization. Sent email to consider the case for refund. Not even considered the medical emergency case for providing the credit option at the least. No empathy at all to the hotel management.

Well connected to public transport, breakfast spread is good, staff is helpful. Bar is amazing. Food is awesome. Chicken burger was fab!

Location is 10 to 15 minutes away from zurich hb central station. Well connected with tram. Tram available more frequently. Breakfast and hospitality is good.

My experience was terrible from novotel management. There was cancellation refunds request. Despite sharing all medical records, novotel denied request stating the booking was done through a third party, which is make my trip. When approached make my trip team, they asked directly contact novotel and they were incapable of getting the refund.
