Easy checkin, easy checkout. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Tech enabled rooms therefore zero hassle. Loved it!!

Stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed staying there. Hotel is good as it is located nr. Lake Zurich and major tourist points. Had fun

Located at a walking distance from zurich central station. Room was superlative in terms of facilities and cleanliness. Staff was very helpful.

The rooms are small but very well utilised. You will not feel congested. Situated in the heart of the city, it is close to all the attractions.

So the property has a great location but the room was a disappointment. I knew it was small when i booked but it was too small. Not worth the money at all. I felt cheated. The staff was very good.

We stayed at citizen m hotel from 08 oct for 1 night in zurich and we had an amazing experience. Right from early check in, great hospitality, eagerness they provided help in each and every aspect. They helped us call a taxi before leaving for zurich train station as well
