Novotel Zurich Airport Messe

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention: 1. Illness During Stay: I fell sick during our stay, which made comfort and proper assistance especially important. 2. Rude Night Staff & Lack of Housekeeping Support: On a late night, my friend went to the reception to request an extra blanket since housekeeping was not available. The night staff was extremely rude, and this occurred on two consecutive nights. 3. Sauna Not Working: We requested the sauna to be turned on on both days, but it was never functioning despite our repeated requests. 4. Unauthorized Entry by Housekeeping: Housekeeping entered our room without permission while we were not there, which was highly concerning 5. Housekeeping Not Responding: When we attempted to contact housekeeping, our calls went unanswered. These issues significantly affected our stay, and I kindly request that you look into them and take appropriate action to improve the guest experience. I would also appreciate if you could consider offering some form of compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.

The hotel is newly renovated...very neat and clean rooms with all amenities and a coffee maker. Staff is very polite. It’s extremely convenient as it’s a step away from the Tram no 10 which connects Zurich Airport and Main Train station. Location is very good and safe. Convenience stores like Coop and Migros are 5-10 min away. We were assigned a family room which was spacious enough. Overall it’s was a very good stay for 5 nights. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The food was excellent and the staff was kind. Because of its proximity to the airport, i didnt have to rush early in the morning. The room facilities are also excellent.

The service was pathetic. You won’t get any water bottles. The bottles which were provided in the first day were also taken away. Won’t recommend to anyone

Rooms were good. But extremely poor service. Water is only given during check in time. No water is given on subsequent days even if you have a stay for 4-5 days. Rooms are not cleaned by room service. Only towels are changed. Iron is not provided in room. Bedsheet are not changed everyday. Washrooms are also not cleaned everyday.

Thank you the hotel was overall good. The hotel is just next to the Tram station convenient to travel to airport or to main Zurich HB. They have a luggage storage facility which can be helpful if you arrive early in the day.

Location of novotel messe airport zurich was ideal , but damp smelling rooms made our stay much below other days in Switzerland adding up with lack of conditioning & faulty conditioner , which took 4 hrs to motivate hospitality lacking reception staff who changed our room at 10 pm . Renovations are adding to mess in the campus. Definitely I wouldn't stay at a place like this , in this era when people have shifted to wooden or marble or tile flooring Worst stay of 49 years of my travelling

Novotel hotel Zurich: 1) location is good. 2) Food is okay. Breakfast room is not good. 3) Facilities not good 4) Hotel entrance is not okay. It is not a good hotel. I don't like this type of hotel. My overall experience is average.

Very limited menu for breakfast. Receptionist could have been helping as tea bag kit was missing but she couldnt offer one

There was no shuttle like mentioned. The hotel is under renovations, there is no reception and the breakfast area is a hall , overall a very average experience. The staff also not at all polite.

Hotel is currently partly under renovation.. Front office Staff is not courteous.. house keeping is not being responded at all.. Hotel location is good and close to the airport

The stay was very pleasant for us. The hotel is near to the airport and is also at walking distance from the tram station. Also, there are grocery stores nearby which is very convenient for tourists.

Good overnight stay if flying in/out of Zurich airport. Close to airport with tramp stop a min walk. Decent rooms, lobby still under renovation. Value for money.

Good stay. Reception was under development. But, overall good experience. Staff is supportive and kept luggage in luggage room.

We stayed for three days and we were very satisfied with the services. Location was superb, away from the city crowd , helped us to plan routes for everyday trips well

Hotel is located close to airport and has good connectivity to city centre, tram station is right next to the hotel. However the property was under renovation impacting the overall experience

Location is very near to Zurich Airport…FAMILY ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS….Excellent service..We had lot of luggage so they permitted early check in with 1 room..Bathrooms are very spacious and maintained..Staff was very cooperative..
