The check in process was smooth, rooms were nice and hygienic and it was very close the tram station.

MY ROOM IS UPGRADED TO SUIT ROOM WITHOUT ANY CHARGES IS WAS NICE GESTURE BY RECEPTION STAFF.VERY COOPERATIVE.

Location good, Room service not available. Staff very polite and helpful. If you have work then came down from 6th floor and ask them.

The rooms were pretty tiny but bathroom facilities were nice with multiple showers and smooth hot/cold controls. Tap water was not potable. We had go downstairs every time to fill water from a single fountain which was very inconvenient

Pathetic AC, even though keeping it at a temperature of 18° and full fan, we were sweating all night. It is nowhere mentioned that the hotel policy runs around self service, there are no phone and you have to run to the reception for every tiny thing. The Hotel made their rules clear,

Not a good place to stay skip it if you can! Rooms are smaller than my bathroom! No proper lights!

Checkin staff was a little rude. No drinking water available in the room. Reception staff could be more informed about some tourist requirements like some rail passes and commute.

The rooms were really big but the ac took some time to pick up ... the lights in the room were weak and placed incorrectly ... all facilities like microwave fridge dishwasher were there .. the bathrooms were great ... the breakfast was alright , not fantastic but not too bad either ... no porter service at the hotel ... they don’t even have room service and you have to go down to the reception if you need something ... they don’t even have an intercom in the room ... I would give 3/5 for the stay

No room service, cannot order any food in room. Pamplet says room will be cleaned only once in 4 days, hence even after requesting them to clean room, they did not do it

The accommodation was spacious, Ms Elena and other front desk staff was courteous and the breakfast had a good spread.

Stayed for 4 nights during our summer vacation. Location is good for access to public transport ,supermarkets, and airport.Food was decent enough,but could be repetitive for more than 2 days.

The stff was unsupportive during check in. Upon check in found their bathroom wash basin totally choked. After repeated follow up, the technician came and cleared the choked pipe line. The toomtoo gad some lights not working. This too was conveyed to the help staff, but to no avail and resolution. We stayed for 2 nights without light bulbs being changed. All in all not a pleasant stay in zurich in this hotel.

First of all, the hotel has absolutely nothing apart from good connectivity to the city. They didn’t even have phones in the rooms. No dining option or concierge service. We had to even do check-in by ourselves. Really bad. Not at all recommended unless you are particular about the connectivity.

loved the location next to Lugia restaurant,staff was very cooperative. Room was clean , bathroom was clean, there was self laundary facilities also

The property is located at a distance from the city centre. Takes about half an hour on Tram to reach the Hotel. Though it's closer to the Airport. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are nice. Big negative is that rooms don't have a phone. So you have to come to the reception to ask for anything.

Location was ok. The Resturant is attached to the hotel . Breakfast is the same everyday and if one has opted for breakfast too, it is boring. Amenities are NONEXISTANT. No soap, very difficult to operate the dispensers which just brings out 1 mL of body soap/shampoo/conditioner. The AC is not functional and one cannot open the windows even in the 5th floor due to the fast traffic in the road below. NO telephone in the room to contact the front desk. One has to come down to ask for anything. No wake-up facilities and no complementary bottles of water. Receptionists are most unhelpful. Disappointment from such a major chain of hotels!

Great service and great staff with a nice continental breakfast spread. The Hotel is close to the Tram station and very convenient to reach from the airport as well as the city center.

Room was excellent with kitchenette and fantastic spacious toilette , staff behaviour was too good ,also the ameneties provided was good , there was an Italian restaurant which was part of this hotel
