IntercityHotel Zurich Airport

We visited hotel on 7 September 2025 and stayed for one night. Positive Points. 1. Location is very good . Walking distance from railway station. 2. Rooms are descent clean with basic amenities.Washrooms clean.3. They provide shuttle for Airport on paid basis. Negative points. 1. Staff at front desk is rude and non cooperative and non welcoming.. 2. Sufficient tea coffee sachets were not provided and when asked for,, they asked to come down for everything. Hotel is huge and frequently going to reception for everything is tiring. Basic things should be provided before hand. We did not took any food. Decent stay overall

Property location is very near to airport but on bit outskirt of city. Though due to excellent transport system in Swiss, one can go to city Center easily . Hotel is decent . Rooms are bit small. Breakfast was good. Amneties are average.

Every thing was perfect.check in and check out was smooth.only one thing was dis appointing was bedsheets were not clean upto the mark

The property was great, located in a small village near Interlaken, just 5-10 minutes of train ride and direct train to common spots like lauterbrunnen. It’s a family run hotel which is neat and clean, and traveller friendly, even we enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was in place.

Great hotel with a good location. Near from rumlang train station. Dragan helped a lot in check-in and other formalities. Overall good experience.

Nice one in budget .! Very closee to airport and rooms and spacious but limited option in breakfast

AC was not working properly... complaint personally at reception but rude reply about their policy.... don’t have fan also... otherwise ok

Pleasant stay , near to the airport , the airport shuttle service is hassle free (costs about 8chf per person ) but very comfortable and timely .. walkable distance from the train station .. lots of eateries around ..

Very nice and convenient hotel. Close to airport. It is close to both bus stop and station. Good service.

Location is fairly good. Near train station. However the attitude of the staff is really bad. We booked a family room which is two rooms interconnected. But they opened the door only after 3 reminder which is after 6 hours of check in. Rooms are really small. Unorganized bathrooms / entry. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel is close to rumlang station, has a subway and local supermarket migros right opposite gives ad-dded convenience, overall the hotel is decent. Breakfast spread is good, staff is courteous.

Good practical hotel close to the airport and train station

The Hotel and Room was excellent. The Food too was very delicious. Just loved the entire ambience. Thank you.

The location is good as you can get the train within 5-6 minutes walking. Neat and clean room. Room service is not available. Cash is not acceptable.

Hotel is not clean and has lot of insects in our room with big mosquitoes and other insects, when i informed this to the hotel reception a gentle told me that is common and the person answered to me was very rude. Very disappointing stay.
