Hilton Zurich Airport Hotel

My overall experience was good. The staff was polite and courteous. I will suggest to add some veg options without egg in the Breakfast menu specially to improve overall menu. Also, Pick up and drop facility should be Complementary.

Just avg. they have charged for shuttle from airport but mmt claimed it’s free. Secondly there is no mention of city taxes extra while booking but it’s also charged by hotel for 10 Swiss France

As per price the room was average. Faced issue at reception while check out, the person was arguing that payment was not done whereas it was pure booked. Because of that i have to rush to the airport. Very annoying situation.

Stay was good and important is that it is near to Zurich Airport so easy to catch the flight on time.

Our stay was fantastic, location as well hotel room and staff.

We were given an extremely isolated room despite a lot of rooms being vacant. We were not helped with our bags either. Cleanliness and food quality were up to the mark.

My stay at Hilton was a memorable one. The reception staff was courteous and as a great gesture upgraded me and my family to the deluxe room. This was then followed by accommodating my request to change from twin bed to king size bed. The staff were forthcoming in giving the right guidance for hotel services and City travel. In all a great experience thanks to Hilton.

Great service and location. Located on a small hill with a jogging track right next door. There is a small supermarket close by for your personal needs or even to pick up some food or drink. Good shuttle connectivity to Airport and the drivers are very courteous. Local transport tickets are available at the form desk and they guide you very well. I got a room upgrade and early check in since rooms were available. Perfect for either a short stay or even for a longer stay.
Excellent service. Front office and housekeeping staff are very professional. Transport options to Airport are good.

Good stay near to Airport and very convenient.

The amenities provided were very less as compared to the price. Everything was chargeable. The drinking water bottle was also not provided in the room.

Quite far and you have to walk too much to reach the hotel if you are going by public transportation otherwise the service and room space is quite amazing. I won't suggest this hotel if you don't want to walk.

It seems small from outside, but as soon as you get inside you feel that it is really big, only drawback is that the few rooms are in basement and as regards breakfast it was fully international and wide spread with all the options available ... Location near the airport

Overall Average. Average rooms with average facility. In fact breakfast was not up to the mark. Shuttle service is provided for single side I. E. From airport to hotel but other way was paid. Hotel is located on the hill top.

5 mins away from the airport but the shuttle service is free one way only. From hotel you have to make payment of 5CHF per person for the stay. Breakfast is good and check for the room before entering.

Please add my reward points for my this stay I booked two double rooms I also spent on cash for food and drinks for more than 350 swiss francs. For airport shuttle try to have bigger vehicle during peak hours to airports and also from airport. Rest all fine.

1. Location was near the airport and airport transfer was available. 2. Food was good, but breakfast was not included in the package and I was not made aware of the same. 3. As a tourist the location is far away from the city. 4. Breakfast was very expensive.
