Holiday Inn Express Zurich Airport

it's very poor property. There is no one who help us for anything property far away from airport. There are no stores around. You can take anything even in the room slipper is not available. When we ask for sleepers they said we don't provide slippers so the food options are very limited, There is nothing which we can eat and no Indian food very poor property.

One of the first hotels I have ever seen as even they don't provide slippers. Room was dirty. Messy. All walls were very old papers were lit their and also when you go for breakfast, there is nowhere written whether the food is veg or non veg. Even they are so bad and rude, hold whole staff at reception and breakfast area. They're so rude.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express Zurich! Perfectly located near Zurich Airport, making it super convenient for travel. Comfortable rooms and a seamless check-in process made our stay hassle-free. The staff were kind, helpful, and made sure we had a great experience. Would definitely recommend for a quick and comfy stay near the airport!

It’s perfect for transit passengers like us, rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities like soap, shampoo, tea, coffee and kettle. Breakfast was not like a 5star hotel, but good enough for most people as it had adequate hot and cold spreads, musli, flavoured yogurt, cheese, salami, boiled eggs, juice and fruit. Coffee was awesome! The shuttle service - free from airport to hotel and chargeable from hotel to airport @ 10 worked like clock work. The only negative part was our check-in experience around 930 pm as that took 30 minutes, as their systems were slow and there was a trainee. However our experience during check the next morning was quick and easy. Can easily recommend it.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Zürich Airport was comfortable and convenient. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a short stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport made travel easy, and overall, it was great value for money.

I had to take a next day flight to Croatia and this was a perfect location near Zurich airport for a short stay. Convenient airport pick up and drop by hotel shuttle. Comfortable rooms as compared to European standards. Good breakfast spread, bar and restaurant menu, friendly staff. Go for it if you need a short stay and aren’t planning sightseeing and visiting touristy places in Zurich.

Location: a bit far from city centre . The way to nearest train stn Rumlang-- a bit isolated so location wise not good. Food--- was good . Breakfast majorly non veg but had indian veg options too. Margherita pizza is superb . Amenities - No room service but staff was good and polite . Overall a good Clean and warm hotel . they charge 10 chf per pax for Shuttl frol hotel to airport but service is good and timely

The hotel is located very close to the airport and offers free puck up services. Airport drop services can be availed against a small price. The rooms are small but neat and clean.

Had a great time staying with Holiday Inn property. It's a great place. If you're looking for a property near zurichairport, it allows you to crash and get a flight in the morning. Breakfast is decent. I would not say great. I really liked the staff they were courteous and Nice special shout out to Chelsea, who was a treat to work with, but I think they can do definitely better in terms of providing shuttle support. They charge fees for the shuttle support which I think can be exempted. If you're going from airport to the hotel, it's free but not the other way round.

Holiday Inn Zurich hotel was hygienic, well maintained. the Staff also very helpful. Good Food specially for Indians and vegetarian also available and it was tasty also. Hotel 5 min from Ruemlang Railway station from where you can go anywhere. In room amenities available. room service of food not available, but you can take food from restaurant and bring to your room. we stayed for only a night. but it was beautiful, nice and cozy. they have free shuttle service from airport to hotel. but to return from hotel to airport. you have to book with certain price. Thank you

Location of hotel is good as it in near airport and there is free shuttle service.Hotel is good and neat and clean.The staff is also good and cooperative.Train Station Ruemlang is near by at walking distance for going to Zurich main station(hbf)

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Zurich Airport was pleasant. Clean room, faster checkin, best location. TRAIN STATION is just few minutes walking, Free shuttle from Airport to Hotel is best. Food - Breakfast was very good. Being vegetarian, still had many options. No complaints. Overall Very much impressed with my booking and choice of hotel and will recommend to everyone traveling to Zurich in future.

The property location is near to airport and aacessible to nearest train station. Pick up is free from airport but drop off is chargeable

The property location was good,it was 10 mins walking from the station,the food was very tasty n good quality, very fresh,the room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities,the staff was very humble n helpful they guided us with a lot of details for sightseeing of zurich.we had a wonderful stay.

It was very pleasant stay...Hotel was very guest friendly and accommodative. People visiting zurich must consider this hotel as a preferred one.

The room was very comfortable. The elevator going up had security features built-in. Breakfast was good and wholesome. Staff behaviour was excellent.

property was below par, food was terrible and probably worst food i have had at any hotel abroad. Breakfast was just dry breads and boiled eggs. despite being in airport hotel zone, the transfers to the airport were chargeable. recommend to book another hotel even if the cost is higher.

Value for money hotel. Decent breakfast spread compared to European standards. Conveniently located near the airport.

Very good hotel, near to airport. they run a shuttle from airport to hotel, so head to Hotel shuttle section at zurich airport and board their bus. The breakfast options are limited, but there's migors and coop ( swiss - Supermarket) just nearby. you can access city from rumlong metro, which is close by. also suited for people with self drive cars. Overall the rooms are very good and suitable for Indian people, they allow to keep baggage over the day if you are travelling for day tour
