DORMERO Hotel Zürich Airport

Had stayed for 3 nights, room was very nice staff super friendly and its very close to bus stop metro and tram

Property is good and at a walking distance from Glattbrug Railway Station. Rooms ARs clean and tidy. Hotel don’t have their own restaurant but there are good options nearby.

Had very bad experience. Chair with broken leg in the room, No one in the reception or to attend the phone, Not even soap or soap dispenser in the bath room… what else you need?

NO tea/cofffee facility in room or at common area. Hotel dont have enough staff, they dont take responsibility for any reservation issues, they ask to talk to german office, and no one at german office respond for calls or emails.

Very cooperative staff with good spacious rooms clean and hygienic washroom. The gym is ok for doing the basic workout everyday. The hotel is surrounded by grocery shops and a quiet neighbour with the rail station very close which makes travel-ling to various parts of the city very easy.

Same day booking but got a good deal, hotel was easily accessible by bus & was spacious, though receptionist mentioned check in is at 3 he provided early check in by 1.

Stayed for two nights and the stay was simply comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was filling and on time. The amenities such as bar and fitness centre were perfectly in order. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

The rooms were small but clean. The washrooms were clean. The fridge was stocked. However, no staff is present at the reception early morning since no staff works during those hours which is a concern in case of emergencies.

Rooms were good but not neat. Facilities like kettle atleast should be provided but they we're missing. Checkin and check out processes were very smooth.

When i told @ reception i lost my money in bag, bag was keep in hotel room, then reception staff behaviour not helpful even rude, so in my issue i call the police now a days police investigation is carry on, be aware all time like these hotels their staff will not help you, i m not consider this hotel,

Away from the airport, room has free drinks but does not provide other amenities like kettle oven etc. Restaurant near by.

Property is just near to zurich airport and u get bus ever 5 minutes, property is very neat and clean and staff is also very good and u feel staying at home. Reception guy was also helpful. Overall i would definitely recommend
