Really loved the experience here. Hospitality was next to perfect. Every person working in the hotel was warm. Highly recommended.

the location is very near to public transport and so very easy to move around. Restaurants are very near and easily get Asian food nearby. the hotel staff is very cordial and very supportive.

Stay was amazing. They upgraded our room for free which was super cool. Room was full of awesome aesthetics

Overall good experience, convenient location right opposite tram station, indian food at walking distance, gym 24hrs, nice lobby area with work station, trends restaurant, reception friendly with super efficiency checkin/checkout and luggage storage, 15mins tram to main station.

They demand 250 Swiss Francs upon arrival as deposit which isn't mentioned anywhere in any of the policy documents. This is not right and if you are towards the end of your trip and only 1-2 days left, they cannot even confirm when the money will be returned back.

It is the best hotel we stayed at the entire trip. It's so colorful vibrant and peaceful. The staff is great they will help you at any time of the day. Moreover, the tram is nearby which takes you to any place in the center of Zurich. Highly recommended.
