Great hotel at an unpredictable cit

We were stuck in Zermatt due to bad weather, o we stayed another day at the Hotel Jagerhof before we could board the train again. The Hotel Jagerhof staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were very understanding with our situation. Great Hotel Jagerhof, but do go to Zermatt with some precaution, especially with unpredictable weather.

Hotel location and place is amazing. Should have some more room accessories like tea coffee sachets, water bottle, sampoo and conditioner etc.
Must visit in zermatt!

Beautiful view and amazing hospitality. Very helpful staff and friendly folks. Breakfast was amazing with beautiful snow view. Balcony was breathtaking
