Excellent experience , very helpful . Had an amazing time . All Facilities in the hotel is well equipped .

Location is near to station, food they provided didn't had any vegetarian options room and bathroom was perfect. Very much disappointed with the staff, they were very much rude, as if they are providing free services after charging high rates. They are not even willing to store our luggage after check out till evening. Will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was really good with superb views and excellent amenities. The breakfast was also good, they had limited vegetarian and egg-less options. Most of the staff and the female receptionist were good and kind. A male staff member/receptionist mending the reception was rude, disrespectful and inhospitable towards usreception, after reading a couple of recent reviews from other guests we have realised that this staff member is inhospitable towards most of the guests and thinks of himself as superior or something, this needs to be sorted out from hotel's end as the first thing guests are greeted with on arriving is rudeness and discourtesy - something that people haven't paid so much for. Within walking distance from zermatt station, they provide pick up and drop off shuttle to station, so call for it in case you have luggage.

Infrastructure was very good with good amenities. Location was also good. Breakfast was very poor, just nothing to eat.
