They have all amenities which a tourist want. Unfortunately in my case self check in was not available and I had to collect the key from some other hotel. This was really inconvenient. Rest was perfect

Reception staff ms. Ana is very rude and check in is half kilometer away, she say we sent mail in 3 languages, but never rcvd

At the time of check-in there was issue as no one was there for check-in formalities and on calling they asked to come at different resort (alpine resort) to complete the formalities.
