Great hotel at an unpredictable cit

We were stuck in Zermatt due to bad weather, o we stayed another day at the hotel before we could board the train again. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were very understanding with our situation. Great hotel, but do go to Zermatt with some precaution, especially with unpredictable weather.
