Good location, clean rooms, very limited breakfast option. Though the check-out time is late, they kept my luggage and helped.

Location is excellent and the reception guy is too good and helpfull! Breakfast was so good ! Room we got was big and airy! The only thing dissapointing is the unhygenic toilet , water was licking from toilet pipe and dead ants and lizard poops everywhere! The owner needs to hire some good amount of staff ! First day i saw one man doing everything from reception to room service! The given tea cups were not cleaned properly, the shower was not working proprly! I would really enjoyed you giving 5 star but i honestly want you to look into this hygiene issue and make some maintenance work in washroom! I loved the breakfast and staffs were so well behaved

The property seemed very old and not very well maintained. One has to walk down many stairs to reach the rooms. However, the staff was really good and helpful.

Property is good and cozy near to the lake easy checkin and check out. Descent ambience value for money.

I recently stayed at the ceylon lake view residency in kandy for two nights. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a beautiful view of the lake from my room's balcony and easy access to city center and temple of the relic tooth of buddha. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room, however, felt a bit old-fashioned and could benefit from some updates, and unfortunately, the locker in the room was not working. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was good. They also arranged for a car with a very humble and experienced driver for my day's trip to sigiriya a nice touch was that the staff kindly packed breakfast for us on the morning of our departure, as we had an early train to catch at 6:15 am to colombo. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with attentive staff, and i would consider staying here again for the great location and service.
