Being a budget hotel, rooms are a bit small with restrictions to movement of any kind. Upkeep is clean and good. So I would recommend it for the business travel

Good stay for budget price. Basic facilities available, clean and neat. Worth the price. Not even drinking water is provided but they have a dispenser in reception.

I recently stayed at this ibis budget Singapore, Emerald hotel and would rate it a solid 3 out of 5. It’s a decent option if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to sleep without many frills. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, it was quite small—barely enough space to move around with luggage. It worked for a short stay but might feel cramped if you’re staying longer or traveling with a companion. The biggest drawback was the location. It wasn’t very convenient—far from main attractions and not easily accessible by public transportation. If you’re planning to explore the area, be prepared to spend extra time (and possibly money) on getting around. Overall, it’s a good place for a short, no-fuss stay if cleanliness and cost are your top priorities, but not ideal if you’re looking for comfort or a central location.

the fares were too much, the services provided were below par, not at all as Per to the normal standards, nothing was provided not even a bottle for drinking water, when I requested to cancel the booking I was told out for 4 nights only one night will be refunded, has not done any proper work for this hotel, wrong information , I will not.be making any hotel bookings, I feel

IBIS never fails to impress the customer experience and always keeps up it's standard IBIS Emerald in SG is at a very good location in Geylang with lots of eateries, shops and bus stop at walkable distance making it easy for commuting in SG. STAFF is courteous and extremely helpful. Rooms of this 8 storied hotel are budget friendly and spacious enough and well maintained. Grab easily locates you here. Overall a great experience

The property was good but there was no amenities room was neat and clean but a bit small anyways we had pleasant stay with full safety recommending only 2 adults to stay if going to take rooms

The hotel is in good location. You might heard that the hotel is in 'red light' district which is true but as based on my personal experience it doesn't matter - it is pretty safe. We stayed 2 women, from india, even went out at midnight for dinner but it was alright. The area has a lot of restaurants and dining places, mostly chinese but food is amazing. The only constraints are 1. Rooms pretty small 2. They don't give you drinking water bur rooms are clean, staffs are very helpful and they always ask you if you need anything by themselves, so it should be alright for short stays in budget. The hotel is like a minute walk from main road, 5 mins walk from bus stop and 15-20 mins from nearest mrts. Grabs come just to hotel doors if you require. They have some convenience stores as well nearby including 7-eleven (3/4 mins walking distance) to buy anything if you require like water etc.

The location at lore geylang is very convenient in terms of availability of dining options and proximity to kalaang met o stn and bus stops. Staff is courteous and rooms decent. Housekeeping did a great job on daily basis. However the red light area is close by and tourists uncomfortable with the fact can avoid

need to book this room for one day (Jan 7-8, 2024) but by mistake I have booked this room from Jan 8-9, 2024 due to which the check-in time was 3 pm on 8.1.2024 I was trying to change the dates but it was showing some error and I was unable to do so. The hotel front office has denied for date change and early check-in as per my current booking. As I was traveling with my family and we were so tired, I have booked another room in the same hotel for Jan 7-8, 2024 and checked in around 3:07 AM on 8.1.2024 by paying again at the hotel reception(Payment Receipt Attached.

They dont even provide a single water bottle in room. And u can hear voices from other rooms. So no privacy. Room have very stupid small windows that cannot be opened. I didnt liked the stay at all.

Rooms were compact and clean. Ambience was good. Worth for the price paid. Staff were friendly and responsive. Location is a plus point, close to kallang mart station

Rooms are very small, however as it is shown in mm t it appeared large, the hotel did not provide a single drop of drinking water nor did they provide water glasses, we were expected to drink water directly from bathroom taps. Housekeeping service was also poor. They did not clean the room on 2nd day in spite of informing them in advance. The hotel provided cloth hangers, which were locked to a bar and could not be used to hang cloths. The standard is so poor that staff refused to provide an extra tea bag on request. The washroom did not have health faucet and was very small to adjust even a single person. This is not expected from mmt. I will rate this hotel less than zero.

It was nice comfortable stay for people looking for budget hotel the market is nearby so most of the things are easily available

Great place and amazing stuff and very safe and welcoming people. You can definitely stay here with nearby 7/11 stores, mcdonalds, full indian food, walking streets 3-4 min and taxi and everything is available on hotel gate
