1. Bed-sheets have stains/spots 2. There are 4 beds in the room. There is no space to move. 3. There is no housekeeping to change bed-sheets or move the bed out. 4. Door lock is broken 5. Bathroom door looks very dirty, as if it's not client in years 6. Bed-sheets are also dirty. As if they haven't been cleaned.
