Pleasant staff at the Singel Hotel Amsterdam. Very helpful. Going out of the way to give us directions to catch train / metro etc. Breakfast is good rooms are big enough and clean. Close to central station and canals in amsterdam. I would rate this very high.

Location was quite centre everything was in the vicinity. Amenities were average. In services one day there was omission in room cleaning. On the check out day we were given small amsterdam souvenir as a good gesture
