Wifi connectivity was bad, reported multiple times to reception but nobody fixed. Room service was not done

The hotel’s location is good and serves a good breakfast. They don’t have room service. The receptionist was a little rude maybe due to long shifts or something else, no idea. The hotel is at walking distance from the main armenian street which is good
