It was excellent . Rooms were clean and staff were also very disciplined. Nice location and very good property.

In our room, Hand wash was overflowing, AC wasn’t cooling and the locker was jammed. When we complained to the reception about the same, they send one guy from the maintenance, who has also failed to open the locker. He told us that he will return and about hand wash overflown in the toilet, he told that he will be sending housekeeping guy but no one came. We even called the front office once again at least 10 times but no one came to resolve our problem. We have been accommodated on the 28th floor where there were no other customers as well. We booked the hotel for 3 nights but we just stayed 1 night. I requested the hotel to cancel my booking for the remaining 2 days, they denied, told us that you need to contact your booking agent, we won’t be able to do that. We also informed the same thing to MakeMyTrip customer care, they told that they will call back which is also not happened. They called me just once which I missed as I was in the toilet, I called immediately back to the same number and again they told me that you will get a call once again and after that no one called me.

Swimming pool is amazing, you can spend hours there enjoying, very cooperative and helpful staff.

There is a lack of facilities and breakfast spread leaves a lot to be desired. There are no power outlets in the room. The AC didn't work. The bathroom had a leak. The curtains were torn. Based on the location the experience could have been better

Nice hotels and value for money. Clean & and neatly Good city View from the rooms. High story building. Good room service and breakfast. In main city area. Very helping staff. I love this hotel Gurney

Everything will be chargeable, you get only 2 water bottles of 500 ml each anything more is to be paid, even a extra Bath towel is chargeable. Location is OK. Ten minutes drive can take you anywhere nearby. Hotel menu is cheap. And good food.

Good to stay In Gurney Resort hotel. I like room service and hotel location facing the see. Bigger rooms and facilities provided like Tv, Furniture, table sofa also good. I like Swimming pool so much. Apart from that Gym is also good.

The people who work in the hotel are the worst in the hotel industry. They are thieves... Ignorant and stupid... To say the least... The service manager at the hotel is not a nice person... He wanted to take money from us when we had already made an online booking and paid online... I had to threaten to call the police only then did he relent... Who wants a vacation where one needs to call the police to check into the hotel... He even went ahead by not providing us the breakfast coupons. Even the need of an extra bed in the room was turned down by him... Only when he saw me calling the police did he gave us what was to be done in the first place. Shame on the management... Worst people in this world...
