DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Penang! The DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang is beautifully maintained, and the swimming pool is absolutely stunning, offering a relaxing atmosphere with easy access to the beach—perfect for a family getaway. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our trip, with a wide variety of food to suit every taste. My wife especially enjoyed the freshly prepared noodles, while my son couldn’t get enough of the bakery items. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Doubletree is situated in beautiful location but it is a little remote in terms of local attractions. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Ours had a partial view of the sea. The amenities are what you would expect from any 5 star DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang and the staff is polite and helpful. The food wasn’t that great (not bad but not amazing) but there are enough local restaurants that you can go to or order using grab. There’s a bus stop right outside which is an alternative option to taking cabs. We found it handy to come back to the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang specially when it got late.

We liked this resort very much in spite of being little far from city. Cookies given at the time of check in was amazing experience. The most surprising was the breakfast there are four counters indian kitchen, malaysian kichen, chinies kitchen & world kitchen. Good & clean swimming pool. Only the drawback that this does not have private beach or adjacent to beach & market & city is far so we depends on grab but manageable. Lobby is fantabulous

The DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang is ideally situated close to Batu Ferengi beach. The rooms are big with good view balconies . The house keeping is good and they provide free mineral water in the rooms . The bfast spread is enormous ! Various cuisines ranging from Indian, pan Asian,Chinese and even continental. The range has good options for vegetarians too. Overall a great property to stay .

The DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang is situated in an isolation. There are no local spots nearby and you can't walk to any places around. You need to take taxi to go anywhere. The breakfast spread is OK and nothing much to boast about. Each and everything is chargeable, from room service charge to every possible ask. Not my likable Hilton property.

Review: 5 - excellent room great, location awesome, most staff very friendly, minus 0. 3 point for lack of vegetarian menu. Minus 0. 2 point for one staff who received us. He wasn't courteous, he kept saying i have not taken deposit from you, as if he did a favor, whereas i had already paid the entire amount for 2 nights at the time of booking.

The Hotel is very well located if peace is a priority (Sea right across the Road). Distance wise it is quite a ride from the City center but the Hotel offers a pick up facility and it is also very easily reachable through cab service (we opted for grab). They also provided a free drop off and pick up when we went for site seeing.

It’s was a good stay. I loved the shampoo and conditioner especially. The balcony and weather was also a favorite experience. The staff were especially helpful when my phone didn’t connect well to the reception landline. The view and beach access were something i wish i couldve tied. I wish i could’ve stayed longer than a night.

Friendly behavior of staff and prompt service makes our stay great. Only one thing, vegetarian option are limited.

Doubletree by hilt-on resort, penang, is a fabulous DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Penang. It is located by the ocean with wonderful ocean view from rooms. The food is good and the buffet breakfast has a good selection. The staff is professional and courteous, and the check in process smooth. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at double tree resort. Most recommended. Front desk people were very friendly. The pool and kids play area was very clean and our family enjoyed the stay at double tree resort.

Excellent experience at Double tree by Hilton Penang, special mention to Kirstine Chan for upgrading my room and making special arrangements for anniversary celebration. Special decoration and cake offered in the room. Amazing sea view rooms, would surely recommend.

Best place to stay in penang. Value for money and breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Got oriental, indian corner as well to get roti canai, idli, rasam etc.

Food amazing location wonderful however we had issued with water clogging in washroom

The rooms are fair, large and clean essentially but the tariff is really high for what is delivered. Good service, overall a good business Hotel. Do not visit if you are going on a holiday.

Superb stay, humble staffs, great location and beautiful beach, breakfast was awesome and rooms are quite spacious and comfy. Recommend to all to stay here for good experience

It was an amazing experience during our stay at double tree hilton, penang. The staff were really friendly & they had offered us early complemtary checkin. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who is willing to come penang.
