Hotel Kelawai exceeded our expectations! Strategically located between two prominent malls, this heritage G Hotel Kelawai offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The surrounding area is steeped in history and culture, with beautifully preserved architecture and vibrant street life. The G Hotel Kelawai's proximity to some of Penang's most beautiful attractions made exploring a breeze. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to our overall positive experience. We loved the blend of old-world charm and modern amenities, making Hotel Kelawai a perfect base for our Penang adventure. The check-in was smooth and fast. Room was spacious and modern with a great view of the city as our room was on the 21st floor. The minibar was free too. The G Hotel Kelawai housekeeping was very responsive and even promptly furnished us a pair of scissors at midnight! Very convenient location in Georgetown and we tried lots of local street food. Hotel is right next to the Gurney malls and we discovered great bargains there. Overall an enjoyable stay. Would definitely return.

The location of the G Hotel Kelawai is little far from places of visit. The food served in breakfast is very much limited for vegetarians. The food is just ok. The services provided by reception need improvement.

G Hotel Kelawai is actul G spot in Penang. Excellent location. Spacious plush rooms. Excellent staff. The breakfast buffet was so enjoyable. Would like to stay here again.
