it was good hotel in good location. Bus no 102 goes from bus terminal to the hotel. Water is expensive there.

Good coffee from beans directly is appriciable. House keeping good. Only prob we faced is, could not talk fluent ly in our language. But they do the job by serving our need. Happens 2 times. B all working staffs good.

Good stay, breakfast and location. Just near by there food hawkers. Property located in george town with attractions like armenian street, little india, china town, chew jetty near by.

Good place to stay. Near to sivan temple and in heart of the city.

It's a business hotel. Rooms are neat and clean and the staff are very friendly. Swimming pool area is small. Lobby is pretty big and they offer free shuttle services to some nearby tourist places. Please do not expect a lavish spread of breakfast. It's very average and they have maggie and just a few items. Breakfast disappoints you very much. Hotel is centrally located and the staff are very helpful.

The Hotel was good and located in a prime area

The hotel definitely looked luxurious and got our room in sixteenth floor and had awesome view. We are a family of 3 adults, and while booking I clearly mentioned this. So, I thought it is taken care of. While checking in, I was told to pay for the extra bed and also told to pay a caution deposit. This is in spite of me paying for my stay well in advance. This was a shocker. I had to escalate this issue and then I was promised that extra bed charges are waived as a goodwill gesture. However, at the time of check out the person at the reception, refused to acknowledge this and made me pay. Overall, I had to leave with a very bad feeling overall. Not recommended.

It was a pleasant stay with great location

Hotel is nice with good room size. Rooms are clean. Staff behavior is just ok. The first bad point is location, though it located near market but in the evening there is a street food market just outside hotel which makes it miserable to go out or come in to hotel. The Hotel check in time is 3 PM which is I feel is late. Breakfast has many items but nothing is eatable. I could See Long hair lying at one of the dish plates in breakfast. I don't think they are maintaining a good hygiene

We have booked 3 rooms and with occupancy for 3 adults, for which we have paid the extra cost than the two occupancy price. While allotting the room at reception, they have allocated all double occupancy rooms only. When we tried to convince them they insisted extra bed cost for third person in each room. Finally they allotted one room with three occupancy capacity, they should have allocated all three rooms like this, but they are trying get money from us for which we have already paid the extra cost.

The room. Was quite good with adequate facilities provided. Cleanliness was great and also the staffs were courteous. Food can be improved.

The Hotel is in a good location, every evening you can find a local food kiosk there. Everything going good with this Hotel, it is clean and good service. Except on the last day, that the electrical cut in the Hotel and they still charge for the extra late check out, I have to leave before the plan for an hour and also the staff did not communicate much, some of them still bothering me even I informed them the day earlier that I wanna do a late check out.

It was a good stay at the Hotel. Room was spacious with the wonderful outside view. Breakfast was amazing with some good dishes.

Location very good. Services very prompt and satisfactory. Food breakfast buffet was outstanding with a lot of varieties to suit different origin's appetites. Overall a very satisfactory experience.
