Had a great stay at JEN Penang! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of George Town, just a short walk from Komtar, malls, and street food stalls. Very convenient for exploring local attractions like Chew Jetty and Penang Street Art. The JEN Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La is modern, rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is warm and helpful. The pool and gym are well-maintained too. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Penang!

We stayed for 2 nights. The bedroom was very comfortable. the breakfast buffet spread was huge. Neither day, were we able to try everything. The location of the property is perfect, shopping centers are at walkable distance.
