Abandoned Resort

familyThe property is in a very good location facing the Dam backwaters, but after covid it's almost abandoned. No staff at check in and the manager in Bali denied the reservation and asked us to pay if we want to stay. after persuasion and showing out Reservation she accepted it saying she received the confirmation. There is no service for food and beverages and the rooms are not tidy, scary to live alone as we were the only guests in the entire property
