Kamandalu Ubud

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, and spotless, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hospitality was truly superb—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making us feel at home yet pampered. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes served with care. Overall, it was a lovely stay that exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We had the most nightmarish experience. I booked a valley pool villa room for 6 nights, arrived at the property and the property informed us that they didn’t have our booking. The difference between the prices of these rooms was 1 lac+ (for 6 nights. I waited for 4 hours at the reception while no one was ready to help - they just said - you have to accept whatever room you are getting. Imagine this. The valley pool villa is a room with private pool and butler service while the room they were providing was of basic category. On the third day of the stay there was another unfortunate incident involving a snake in the room.

We had booked a pool valley view with make my trip and whe we arrived at the hotel we were offered a lower grade room and cheaper room which is garden view. Also the hotel staff did not help or support us and simply asked us to go and clarify the matter with make my trip. We were made to sit for 2 hours at the reception and they did nothing and these people have zero hospitality sense. One of the guys kept lying to us that theyvroom is available room is available and were told after waiting for 2 hours that the they did not even have the room available.

Good experience guest stay and feel good overall good service then i can say this is the best options

Mm t is a company who is conducting scam. You left me alone in a situation where you took the money and cancel-led the hotel as well. No customer support scammers i am gonna legal action against you

Really warm and friendly staff. And very well aged but well maintained buildings. Very different from the modern standardised hotels you see popping up everywhere.

Beautiful place to stay in ubud, lovely resort with beautiful views. Location is near ubud market.

To start of with pros 1. The property is awesome 2. Staff is so amazing Cons 1. Food is terrible , we had floating breakfast , it was terrible . 2. We booked romantic dinner , food was beyond pathetic ( but overall very well lit up by wide) 3. Rooms were old too … probably never coming back again

We had booked garden pool villa, villa was so beautiful and the view was so good. Whole property is beautifully kept and we had candle light dinner which was arranged really well and next morning we had floating breakfast which was in-timely delivered to our villa and helped us in taking pictures, the resort is very well kept and staff are very courteous and food had really good options for non vegetarians. But we wanted to have lunch on the boat which was already booked so people please book it early so that you don’t miss on that unique experience, also they have free shuttle service to ubud centre. Really i recommend to add kamandalu experience to your itinerary in bali. Wonderful experience!

Our room was with jungle view. The breakfast served at hotel was also pretty amazing. Also staff was ready to Coustomise the things according to our needs. Indeed a beautiful resort.
