Novotel Bali Nusa Dua

Loved the stay and hospitality. Great breakfast to back the stay experience. Great vibe and beach access with a good accessibility. great restaurants close by for date night. Very spacious property

The facility is good. It’s more of a family friendly hotel. Not that great for couples. Couples can skip staying here. For family, it’s great, good rooms. A bit outdated though but location and food makes up for it.

Property is good, located 600 m from the beach. There is a shuttle service for beach and taking you to bali collection centre which is a shopping arcade nearby. Food was really food.

Property is good with all the amenities mentioned. Kids pool, kids area is best part where kids spend whole day. Beach touch property and shuttle service whole day to beach and bali collection center for shopping. Giving 4 start becuase we have to buy water every time which is costly and no Indian food options available. Nearby Indian restaurant is more than 1.5kms. Property is good to relax and chill. You can order food from grab. We got free upgrade within 1 hour as our AC was not working.

the trip was good, the drive was polite and reached the pickup point on time. also, driver helped in luggage handling. overall, the experience was pretty smooth, highly recommended

The seevice of novotel is unprofessional, the rooms are dark shadow. The restaurant persons are not qualified. They dont even serve plate and spoon also. Wifi was not working. Balcony light was broken

Excellent quality of room, service, and food. Loved the stay due to a combination of the above factors. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are happy to go out of the way to make the stay comfortable.

Good stay, nice receiving and response from novotel staff, greenery environment feels us like our home, overall it's good stay.

The property is located a bit away from the beach and also from local shopping centers. If you want spend your time only in the hotel, then this is ok

Spent 3 nights. Overall happy experience. Helpful staff. Only small concern would be around availability and spread of veg menus in breakfast.

Pathetic. They actually asked me to go to the lobby to collect my laundry! which hotel does that? the bathtub was dirty and also had hair in it. The hair dryer also had hair stuck on it. Not good housekeeping. Shabby and not convenient nor comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend anyone neither would i go there ever again. There are some really nice hotels in the same area, would suggest going for them instead of this one.

The hotel definitely is at one of the best location in city. However, the services are not upto the mark they only provide approx 300 ml of water and upon requesting they denied couple of times as the room category don’t allow to have one water bottle which is i believe is foolish. When i offered that i will pay for it as i have infant at that time they sent two more bottles and still denied for 6 bottles which is close to 2 liters. The room walls had stain mark and repainted over it to look very absurd.

The resort is located near the beach, the staff is courteous, polite and helpful. The breakfast served has a few options for the vegans and vegetarians. The rooms are well organised, kept clean, and the linens provided are good enough.

Worst food, poor room service, terrible breakfast, bad spa and utterly disappointed stay, never recommend this stay.

Nice stay. Staff is good specially food they serve is so good and kids are happy with them. All must stay here.

Nusa dua is a great facility with great amenities. We enjoyed there with family. Staff is absolutely well behaved and cooperative.

The hotel vicinity is beautiful but the rooms are not that cozy and comfortable. The breakfast served is pretty average

We spent 2 nights here and the whole experience was so smooth! the rooms are amazing, staff is extremely helpful and polite and always ready to help, clean and beautiful property, nice big pool, good breakfast spread. We got to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful time at nusa dua. Would definitely go back to this property to relax
