Best stay ever , excellent staff excellent amenities, loved the lazy river and infinity pool , the atmosphere is the best one can get

It was great . Specially for child. The slides and all were fantastic and also the movie at night was cool

The Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali has a beautiful property with spacious rooms, a great buffet spread, and an amazing infinity pool. However, the hospitality fell short of expectations, especially for our honeymoon — no special gestures or upgrades were offered, which was disappointing.

My stay at the Grand Mirage Hotel in Nusa Dua was nothing short of perfection! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience – their friendliness and professionalism made all the difference. The food was an absolute highlight! The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of dishes, and every bite was a treat. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a feast to remember – so many options, all freshly prepared and delicious. The pool area is stunning and incredibly well-maintained, providing a serene space to relax and unwind. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts one could ask for. Cleanliness across the property was impeccable, adding to the overall sense of luxury and care. Grand Mirage truly lives up to its name. Every aspect of my stay was amazing, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. A dream destination that I can’t wait to revisit! 🌴✨

Beautiful resort with amazing amenities. Many swimming pools including a infinity pool and a lazy rivers. Game room has many games like TT, air hockey, foos ball, basketball, pool table. Vast Breakfast spread with a live counter for Indian food. Water sports and we enjoyed the sea walk. We had a great time at the Grand Mirage, highly recommend ! Property is at good location with a private beach and good water sports activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and water sports . Though not very spacious, but Rooms are fine for a family of 4. Good breakfast with an indian food counter . Good activities for kids - water park and good number of activities. We started at Grand mirage family paradise which a separate adjoining building, however we could access all the facilities of main property.. Overall a very good memorable stay ..

We had visited this family and taken a family deluxe room.Make my trip ensured my early check in in hotel because air india flight reaches 8.30 am in bali.The room was nice and Breakfast at hotel had a special counter for indian vegeterian options.There is a Lazy lake in the hotel which my younger daughter enjoyed very much.our overall experience in this hotel was excellant.

It was indeed a plesent stay. We booked Grand Mirage for our last 2 days in Bali and stayed at Ocean view rooms. The property is vast had in multiple pools with slides a lazy river which is very relaxing. Attended Water games and aerobics, lavish breakfast with multiple cousine from across world. Brunch was also great with good pasta, Indian offering. The in-house Indian restaurant Bambu Delhi had Great taste with good servings also. Beach access is just few steps away from hotel. Only point which is a miss is that property is old and rooms were missing today's tone and seams over priced

The resort has plenty of activities to indulge in during the stay. There is also a Family Building close by, which has a great kids area as well....

The property itself was big. The rooms were quite good. The swimming pools were good. We also had access to their other property which was just beside the main building and it was good for kids as it was a family resort. It had watersports just on its beach. There were 2 to 3 tour agents and can bargain for good price. The hotel also had water sports facilities. For breakfast they had a huge variety of food. Upon noodles soup, chinese dim sums, indian dosas, indonesian cuisine, european cuisine pastries, fruits, fruits juices etc. Etc. There were very few restaurants outside the hotel as it was quite area. But i enjoyed staying there.

Very good resort nice location neat clean rooms. Food was delicious. Huge area facing sea. Indian food was delicious.

Felt a little over crowded. You couldn’t find a place near pool at normal hours. Wife experienced infection after taking bath in the pool. The breakfast was okay, but the pool side restaurant was terrible

We loved the water sports and pool and the amazing water park! this was an amazing, unforgettable experience

Excellent property with beautiful own beach at the back for relaxation….truly enjoyed our stay…only thing to improve is that they should keep changing options for Indian breakfast….i had to eat Dosa everyday as other options were like lunch menu

Excellent ambience, external facilities, beach approach, pool etc. Room interior need to be upgraded to match the external outlook. Courteous staff and wide range of food.

Enjoyed the stay. Hospitality, staff behaviour was good in grneral. There was a small water park in the adjoining family paradise resort of the same hotel. Though it had some irregular timings, it closed before time and opened late. It had indian as well as different vegetarian options. Beach along side the property was an added attraction with options for water sports and beach toys for kids. Ocean view was great from the room and evening entertainment looked great. Overall enjoyable experience
