Service was excellent. Great hospitality from all the staff they never said no for anything kudos to the staff.
Wooden furniture in the room and was room had gone for a toss. Pool was not clean. One good thing about the Amaroossa Suite Bali was the staff I will give excellent to all the staff let it be reception or housekeeping or restaurant etc. Excellent hospitality especially from receptionist named WIDI rooms need re-furnishing so good for rooms but excellent for all the staff. Overall stay was good.

It was very good. The Amaroossa Suite Bali staff is very friendly and the rooms are neat and clean. I took a pool suite and pool was also maintained very well. The location of the Amaroossa Suite Bali is a bit far from nusa and kuta but it is still worth choosing this Amaroossa Suite Bali for a good, comfortable stay

Excellent experience. Value for money and luxurious. Only concern is the location, however everything is 5 to 10 mins distance in cab. Rooms were very clean, posh and well kept. Breakfast had many varieties such as Thai, Chinese apart from milk, bread, fruits etc. Overall it is fantastic.

Staff was very kind and helpful. We received assistance whenever required and Amaroossa Suite Bali facilities were good. Food was average for lunch or dinner and options in the food menu were very limited. Breakfast buffet was yummy. I would highly recommend Amaroossa to my friends.

Plus: nice roulyal suite. View of the nusa dua bridge was great. Not far from important locations and watersports. Minus: property needs renovation. Maintenance is poor. We did not find any tourists in the 2nd week of may. Not enough choice for vegan / vegetarian food

The Amaroossa Suite Bali staff n service were good but Amaroossa Suite Bali needs alot pf renovation work to be done. From lift to lobby to bathroom every where we see scope of work to be done.

Service provided was good but everything must need maintenance. Need some vegetarian option too. Lobby was smelly. Pool was not clean. Common toilet are loose fitted. Staff was convincing, impressive and helpful.

The rooms are good and spacious. The food was good and the room service staff was also good.The location was bad but taxi was arranged by front desk. It was very near to airport 20 Mins drive. The property was new and some interior works were going on at the lobby.

Excellent location and very courteous staff. It is right in the middle of all the bars, pubs and disco as well as many restaurants especially Indian. Rooms are small and not upto the mark of international standards. Best to spend a night or 2 on budget.

The rooms were big and nice but had problems with the water force in the taps and the shower and the taps looked very old and junked ! The sofa was not clean and the cushion was degraded .
