Good hotel with nice view. Has a good location which is nearby to the port. Food quality is nice. Nice experience overall

location was awesome near to port . infinity swimming pool with ocean view as well as mountain view. restaurant and reception both desk very active.

The room was decent and the view was awesome but the breakfast was terrible and the staff are not professional- take too long to serve. There were issues wrt water initially and they were resolved

Stay was average. It is better to book a air bnb instead - Location : on a hill hence good views, near to harbour but too far from all the attractions ( both east and west island) - Hospitality and Service : very poor, staff is rude, even basic necessities like glasses are not provided, - Room : spacious but old style with very poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness. e.g. big stains on sofa, bathroom is notnvery clean - Amenities : nothing apart from pool and reataurant - Breakfast : very poor spread and lacks hygiene

The stay was awesome. A transport facility was also available. A bike facility was also available. Both were paid but available. Food was great but few veg options only.

The hotel’s location is perfect, with great views and excellent cleanliness. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

one of the best resorts, i have visited till now. We stayed at the sea facing a two bedroom villa with a private pool. everything was par excellence be it cleanliness, room service or location. Thanks to MMT , for providing such a nice n beautiful property.

Old construction, terrible toilets and shower. Plumbing issues with the wash basin, poor illumination. Bad quality Food, and even worse service. Good part is the location, superb!

Everything is perfect. Rooms and huge unlike other Bali places. Very good staff. very well maintained by the hotel staff. Good food, service. Location overlooking sea, infinity pool and some must go for this property. Thanks to MMT we got great deal on dual room booking.

The location and room are good. A few problems we faced - 1. The door lock and bathroom lock were not working properly, they fixed it later. 2. Food was not up to the mark at all. Breakfast spread was limited. Vegetarian options were lacking in taste. 3. In general the service could be better.

The hotel upgraded us to suite which was really sweet of them. The rooms were very spacious and airy. Kids loved the living area for playing around. Also the hotel helped in arranging transport in a short time. Food was great here though limited options. Overall excellent experience and will suggest other people to stay here.

The hotel rooms were clean and all ammenities were provided. The view was perfect. The service provided by the staff was excellent.

Property’s location was good. The views were great. Two pools so we could pick and go to the one with less crowd. The spa service was great. Food options were there for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free was available but limited. They also help in arranging for return ferry and car pickup

The hotel is good, but the service in the restaurant is very poor. The massage is below average and the front desk looks at guests like offenders. I don't recommend anyone here Already submitted
