Hotel is very good with a beautiful view and specially with good staff

Resort is really nice but service is pathetic . Restaurant service is very slow and they do not bothered about service. They are rude . They r not replying any thing when we asked . They provide only two small bottle per room and if u want any more then u have to buy.Reception people are really good.

Property was good but the staff does not appear to be very welcoming. We also went to Ubud and Kuta in Bali where the hotel staff was very very welcoming.

The property is a little far from the harbor. Very few vegeterian option. If you are a nature lover then it's a good option. As bathroom is open and insects are there. But they do provide insect repellent spray and cream.

The resort is one of its kind. Big swimming pool, fancy restaurant and spacious rooms. Service was up to the mark. They provide rented bicycles also. Breakfast was good

Beautiful property. However, i found staff was bit rude and breakfast was ok. They should provide shuttle from harbor to hotel and vice-versa

Ombak sunset has a great view and excellent service staff. The free pickup and drop from the harbour is convenient. The food options can be worked and made better. Limited food options. 5

The resort is absolutely stunning, right in front of the beach (resort's private beach), the pool was amazing, food was good and bar at the beach. Loved the place so much

We stayed for a night in a poolside villa at ombak sunset. The property is a bit far off from the port and hence, a good option if you want a relaxing, peaceful stay. The breakfast was good, however, more options can be included. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Watching sunset was a good experience. Overall, it’s a good location stay at a very good price!

The 2 bedroom private pool villa we opted for was kind of a luxury stay at a pollution free gill t. Hospitality from the staff is well appreciated. Also, the property is located on the quieter side of the island and having an excellent view of the sunset. Good for photography. Also, there are seating arrangements and beverages available on the beach with nearby places also showing movies on big screens at the beach.

Location is in front of sunset point but the rooms have frequent electricity cuts, plus there are many leeches (insects) and lizards in the room.
