Excellent resort with a fantastic restaurant. Rooms were big with all the amenities one can require

Good experience. Everything was clean. A couple of mosquitos at night and there’s no elevator. Otherwise it’s excellent

The place is amazing it’s calm and peaceful and staff are very homely and friendly and it is far away from the city crowd like Kuta or canggu

Stay was terrible. Room had swing and plenty of space but amenities wise it was poor. Bath tub was also not upto the mark and we got sick with smelly and dirty water supply for shower and cleaning. We got allergic and our itinerary suffered and ended up cancelling plans

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I've Had – Save Your Money This place is a complete rip-off. The room was filthy, outdated, and smelled musty — nothing like the photos . For the price they charge, you'd expect at least basic cleanliness and comfort, but instead I got a room that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. The food? Absolutely terrible. Bland, greasy, and ridiculously overpriced. I’ve had better meals at gas stations. And don’t even get me started on the spa. What a joke. I paid premium prices for a service that felt rushed, sloppy, and completely unprofessional. There was no atmosphere, no care — just a quick in and out like they couldn’t be bothered. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place is all hype and no substance.

Property is far away from main city and having limited connectivity access. Better tl choose a property near the main ubud market

In the evening, the walls are full of lizards. No wardrobes in the rooms. They give only 500 ml of water complimentary per day. Service is ok.

It’s an excellent stay and staffs are very friendly. Nice surroundings. Breakfast includes indian roti and potato curry.

The front desk staff was friendly, room planning can be better, i feel the space has been wasted a lot, the pool can be given some depth so we can swim in that, overall it was ok.

when we went to the furama to ask us for a welcome drink it was amazing. after that we went to the room "just looking like wow". what a service 😊😊

Property is far from u bed market but hotel provides vehicles free of cost on fixed times for going and coming, vegetarian food is very limited, besides living and spa no other facilities is available

The hotel is overpriced for its below-average quality. The food is not good, and there are often bugs in the bed or the hotel room.

Great place to stay in ubud. Excellent staff, great rooms and very good service. They also have shuttle services to ubud central which is very useful. The food is fantastic although priced at the higher end. Overall a great place to spend a few days.
