The Cozy Villas Lembongan by ABM

Very nice place, peaceful surroundings, but limited facilities.

In breakfast, they serve only one thing not all the thing in menu. Ambiance and you have to pay if you want more in breakfast they only gave one juice and bread omelet if you want to eat more you have to pay. They did not give complimentary water bottle or toiletries is also given by the hotel.

They have 7 feet deep pool, garden, room is wooden hut, but no amenities. many rooms don't have a safe box, fridge, kettle, they don't even provide water bottles. they simply lie on their website. Breakfast was terrible, just 2 slices of bread, what's more annoying is I was asked to pay for requesting 3rd slice of bread. They serve one coffee or fruit juice, which is even worse. they mixed so much water in juice, it was more like orange color water. did not even clean room on the first day, had to request then especially to get it cleaned next day, no shampoo. The staff straight away refuse to provide any shampoo, asked me to use soap instead. I don't know why. Electricity went off at least 10-15 times in my room in 3 days stay, staff had no answer for this. It's not worth to spend your hard-earned money. Basically it's run in a very unprofessional manner, trying to save every penny at the cost of service ( for which we have paid).

Was there for one night. Ac wasn't working. When reported to hotel staff, they said it's hot there so it's not cooling and none of previous guests reposted this. So please move out by The time you come back it will be good. No veg options for bf.
