My room was flooded with water, making it impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The staff was unhelpful and did not address the issue properly or offer any compensation. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning.
