Diamond Hotel Kuta Bali

The room was ok. Not that great. The fittings in bathroom are old, they don’t provide toiletries, just one all in one liquid. Don’t book any balcony rooms as it’s useless , no view or nothing to see, just construction blocking balcony. The WiFi speed is also very average . Breakfast is okay for the price. No lunch or dinner as the local restaurant in the hotel is under maintenance

The best part is it's location

Good place but far from beach you need a taxi or scooter to drive to beach, overall good clean hotel but don't expect good food.

I had initially booked the hotel for half of my stay but looking at what I was getting at such a cool price, I extended my stay and I am very happy. The rooms are good and spacious. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

I stayed at Holiday Inn express in Bali and it was a very pleasant experience. I liked the staff behavior and politeness. The breakfast here is excellent and I recommend you to stay here. It's a nice hotel for Indian Travellers.

It was nice stay but restaurant services not available for 24hr. Deluxe rooms are clean and spacious.

Hi I travelled to Bali for my honeymoon. It is a good experience. Hotel was great and at good strategic location. You would still need a bike available nearby to cover the places. I am a vegetarian and best did not have much option. That the only drawback.

I stayed for 3 nights with my wife. They don't have room service. No bell boy. No facility of food or anything at all. Unfriendly and non-cooperative staff.

Almost same menu every day, sausage, egg bhurji, breads, rice.

I will never prefer this hotel in future. Its a lodge and not a hotel. No kitchen. No room service. Even they do not give you water bottles more than two a day.

Everything was good at hotel, location wise best not very far from international airport.

Worst experience due to earthquake.

Hotel is located in the prime area and is a nice and affordable place to stay in Kuta.
