I loved this place, it is across the street from kuta beach and steps away from a huge mall. The employees were super helpful here, i loved the room service, the outdoor breakfast, and the laundry service. The 69 bistro restaurant had the best satay. The air con worked great and the bed was comfy. I thought the grounds were exquisitely groomed. You can even get a tattoo here! my bathroom had a bit of mold growing but i wouldn't describe the room or resort as unclean.

i travelled to Bali from my business trip at Singapore. reached very late however didn't face any problem in check in. location is excellent as it is very close to Kuta beach and 15-20 min drive from Airport. great atmosphere.

Location excellent for those who need to be in the happening place. Ambience inside Grand Istana Rama Hotel excellent. Old Grand Istana Rama Hotel which requires renovation. Particularly lights in the bath room.
