Sanctoo Suites and Villas

Great stay at sanctoo. All 3 days we had to leave early before the breakfast time & the Sanctoo Suites and Villas provided us with breakfast boxes containing two slices of bread, 2 pastries, butter, jam and a juice carton. Agree, it costs them a fraction of the breakfast amount but still it was a lifesaver specially when you see the exorbitant rates at tourist spots like lempuyang. The rooms are spacious, clean and the front desk is very responsive. They also head our bags till 6pm on the day of checkout as we had to go to nusa penida that day. All in all, a great stay. They also have a pretty extensive indian menu for vegetarians, although don’t expect it to be of the same taste as india. Deducting a point because we couldn’t get the pool facing suite, even after requesting for it & agreeing to change rooms even on our 2nd night. The other con is that the Sanctoo Suites and Villas is not close to any proper market so you can’t just walk somewhere to get stuff. Also, too many stray dogs on the road right next to the Sanctoo Suites and Villas make it non- walkable as well, no problem through cab though.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the facilities, especially the spa and dining options, were outstanding. The location was perfect for exploring ubud’s beauty. It was a memorable stay at Sanctoo. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool view is awesome! The location is a bit outside but not a major problem. The staff is very hospitable, helpful and friendly. It's nice to listen to the sounds of wild animals and birds during the stay! Look forward to come again!

Stay at sanctoo was amazing . 1. Rooms were spacious 2. Resort between nature in forest 3. Don't forget to visit zoo at sanctoo 4. Staff is very supportive and polite 5. Neat and clean place 6. Should stay at sanctoo if you visit to Ubud

Property is no doubt good and service is prompt but location is very far from Ubud. There is hardly any vegetarian option. So need to travel to Ubud which was 12 km drive for Indian food. Very next to Zoo and they provide free entry to Zoo.

The stay was very comfortable. Nice villa and beautiful property with all the luxury. The staff was also very humble and helpful. Had a great experience with sanctoo.

If you are travel-ling with kids then there is no better property than sanctoo. Unlimited access to zoo and it's proximity makes this place an ideal choice

This place is near ubud, around 5 km before coming from the airport. You need to travel a little far to explore places. You should do atv ride, which is also a little far for the best ones. And hospitality is greatly enjoyed

Nice clean property next to the zoo but bit money minded i felt. Its isolated from main Ubud and they don't allow cabs to come for pickup so u end up taking their taxi wch is of course 3 or 4 times the price. Courteous staff though.
