ARMA Museum & Resort

ARMA Museum & Resort was a wonderful stay with excellent service. It’s a beautiful and expansive property, perfect for culturally inclined travelers visiting Ubud. The breakfast was fabulous, though a few more vegan and vegetarian options would make it even better. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch, and access to the museum being free is a real bonus. It would be great if the nighttime cultural performances were offered at a discount for long-staying guests or complimentary for one evening. Overall, the ambiance was fantastic. Thank you, ARMA, for a memorable stay!

Too much less lights and not provide mosquito spray and bathtub is not in working condition and rest is average

it was good for some of our rooms but others were not that good, especially because there is no lift in that particular block and we got room in 2nd floor. everything else is ok, very slow room service but that was not big problem.

Excellent property with traditional touch. Staff are well behaved. They have a lot of activities inside the resort

We booked a suite room, and we finally stayed in a room type two level lower than suite room type. Reason - Ac doesn't work. For the hot weather in Bali, Ac is a must. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 3 nights. AC didn't work in the room we booked, they took us to another room, AC didn't work there as well, they did this with 2 more rooms. Every room has some or other issue. We wasted 3 hours in moving from one room to another. Won't recommend this hotel.
