The staff was very courteous and helpful. They provided soft pillows on request. The cleanliness, ambience and overall experience was excellent. I loved this resort!

Alaya resort ubud bali offers a tranquil escape amid-st lush greenery and balinese charm. The serene ambiance, attentive staff, and beautiful surroundings make for a delightful stay. However, some guests may find the rooms slightly dated or in need of renovation. Overall, a pleasant retreat for those seeking relaxation and immersion in ubud's cultural richness.

Room structure was very unusual. Bathroom had big empty. space for bath tub but no 🛀 was provided in the room. Food was average but mostly it will be beef items and not chicken. Staff behaviour seemed a bit biased towards Indian nationals.

Alaya is one of the best 5 star property i have stayed at. The rooms are just wow here! perfect place for honeymoon couples!

The best part about alaya resort, ubud, was the warmth and positivity of those providing the service. Everyone appeared delighted to see the guests - and it was all authentic.

It was great exerpence, room was huge in size and very neat and clean, balcony also very specious with pool view. Staff very friendly and polite, dala spa also amzimg.

Rooms were very spacious and beautiful. Complimentary photo shoot was good experience. Everything was good but not worth the money. Breakfast could have been better with more options.

Central ubud and perfect location for a tourist. Property was clean with good food. They might choose to add few options in breakfast for vegetarian guests.
